She is the author of Doing Good and the co-editor of Latinx Belonging. Yvette G. Flores is a distinguished professor of psychology in the Department of Chicana/o Studies at the University of California, Davis, where she has taught for more than three decades. She is a national and international consultant on cultural humility; prevention and treatment of trauma; and gender, migration, and mental health.
