If you love your fantasy packed with witty characters who also have depth, imaginative worlds, interesting creatures, and surprise twists, come search for the Magi in Castaway! - Diabolic Shrimp Valena again shows us she is a great story teller, but this time she also demonstrates versatility by taking some of the threads from Kingdom Ascent to weave them into a quite different tale and create a new world, reminiscent in some ways to C S Lewis's Out of the Silent Planet.
