In seiner Ansprache wendet sich das Buch nicht nur an Teleradiologen, sondern ebenso an die Krankenschwester, den Computerfachmann oder an Mediziner anderer Fachgebiete. Das Glossar am Ende des Buches hilft bei der Begriffsdefinition. Nicht zuletzt rufen die Herausgeber zum Dialog mit ihren Lesern auf - damit das Buch eine Fortsetzungsgeschichte werden kann.
