Author Information

Rachel Singer Gordon is head of computer services at Franklin Park Library in Illinois, where she has planned, scheduled, and taught Internet courses since 1998. She earned a bachelor's degree at Carleton College, a master's degree in modern Judaism at Northwestern University, and a master's degree in Library and Information Science at Dominican University. Since 1996, she has maintained a web site (www.lisjobs.com) for job-seeking librarians and information professionals.
