The year is 2017 and the United States has a new president. Author Information

John Sager is a retired United States intelligence officer whose services for the CIA included a posting to the Agency's station in Moscow where he served for three years as deputy chief of station. He traveled widely throughout the Soviet Union and those experiences, and his memories thereof, provide much of the background to his characters and his stories.
