Professor of Mountain Geoecology (Chair of Dept of Geography [1989- 1993] and Prof. Division of Environmental Studies, U of Calif., Davis, [1993-1997]). Chair, International Working Group, UNESCO MAB Programme, Project 6 – 1973-1975.
