Michael Brogan is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Western Sydny, Australia. He is the recipient of an Excellence in Individual Teaching Award from the UWS College of Law and Business. David Spencer is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Macquarie University. IN 2006, he was awarded a Citation for Outstanding Contribution to Student Learning from the Carrick Institute for Learning and Teaching in Higher Education.
