Reviews

This looks like an ambitious project that fills a clear need. I believe that it is really important to write a large handbook on surface science, it is really missing. Your project is very attractive indeed, and I believe that it will be welcome to many present and future 'surfacists' and those who apply surface phenomena in technology. ... surface science is very important, but it is at a turning point, and much deep knowledge will be lost ... Hopefully, your series of books will be one way to pass down some of that knowledge to future generations.
