This story being set closer to this era than the others was easier to imagine with things like old fashion telephone boxes etc and definitely a lot more names that I recognised, I might have even had my dad's Beatles records playing in my head while I read. I love this series so much! This was another novella, but just like the other one-it packed a lot of awesomeness in those pages. It was interesting seeing them go to a time that is the closest to our current time that they've been so far. ..I love history & learning & these books give me that & more-like a great sibling dynamic, great adventure, time travel, humor, danger, etc. Johnson draws on facts from the '60's but manages to mould them into a fascinating story of cults and communes. We are immersed in the culture of 1966 through his descriptions of fashion, transport, food, and even public phone booths - an archaic system of speaking to each other in 'the olden days' This time the Baxter children were lucky enough to attend a Beatles concert, but things go awry, and Uncle Archie isn't around to help them. I find these stories about the time traveling Baxter children to be very entertaining and I like the bits of historical information presented. This was another amazing addition to the Stuck series. I loved learning about the 60s alongside the siblings. The author really transports you back to this time while reading this book. I feel like I was immersed in the culture of 1966 through the people and the places the siblings and Uncle Archie went to. 5.0 out of 5 stars This is a great seriesAfter reading the first one in this series i bought the whole set for my niece and nephew for Christmas.
