Flic Luxmoore is half of the Jabberwocky (technically a third if you count the van). She lives in Warwickshire with her husband Barny and a selection of unreliable but much loved food vans. Together they tour the Midlands bringing cheesy goodness to everyone who will hold still long enough. With over 70 tried and tested toastie recipes, that's a fair bit of cheese. In her spare time Flic curates the Jabberwocky Soliloquy, one of the biggest dedicated UK street food resources on the internet, and helps other folks get started in the industry.
