Bees versus murder hornets-not just a natural occurrence. Beverly Nautilus discovers something strange during an assignment in the Texas prairie: a derelict sculpture of a giant bee. When she investigates, the sculpture comes alive and begs her for help. Beverly wants nothing to do with talking bee-ships, but when she returns to her city apartment, the bee appears and shows her images of the danger approaching-giant space hornets intent on world destruction. And they're targeting a nearby county fair where Beverly's daughter works.
