Despite the recent rift monster invasion and being claimed by a deviant reality, Sparrow Coldstar, Wren Coldstar, and Ragan Vale have found the beginning of a quiet life in the Pearl Realm village of Rosehollow. They own a bookshop cafe called Fable Leaf, and are settling into accepting that this cozy place is now their home. Sparrow has even found a kindred spirit in the lighthouse keeper's daughter, Olwen. Of course, the illusion of calm is going to be interrupted by screams. Again. That's just the way it is for people like Sparrow.
