Overview

The world's most powerful naval vessel has been burglarized. The USS Enterprise, the U.S. Navy's show-of-might nuclear aircraft carrier, has been seized, its nuclear fuel off-loaded by a master criminal and black-market arms dealer, Liu Wong Fat. He orchestrates a false-flag attack on the Chinese navy by the Japanese to draw in the giant ship and facilitate his theft of nuclear material. The buyer?
