Christopher Marsh is senior fellow at the Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) at the US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and president and founder of the Special Operations Research Association (SORA). James D. Kiras is professor of strategy and security studies at the US Air Force School of Advanced Air and Space Studies, Maxwell Air Force Base. Patricia J. Blocksome is assistant professor of national security affairs at the Naval War College Monterey.
