Author Information

Gary L. Gilbert has a passion for space and the Space Industry. He was inspired to compile these stories of women working in roles in that industry which are NOT as an astronaut.Gary trained at the International Space University in France. There, he saw the struggles of young women who wished to enter the industry but were held back by lack of funds to pay for the necessary study. His dream was to inspire tween and teenage girls to reach for the stars and have a fulfilling career in the Space Industry, even if they didn't qualify for the Astronaut program. There are so many more positions available outside of that for young people if they don't give up on their dreams! Gary lives in Florida, USA and enjoys the sunny lifestyle there.
