The trademark of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young is of vocal harmonies sounding transcendent accompanied with virtuoso musicianship of guitars acoustic and electric. The years of 1969-1974 were the golden years of classical rock and rock's first supergroup merged togehter from The Hollies, Buffalo Springfield and The Byrds. There music was pure joy to listen to. It all started when Nash met Crosby and Stills at the home of Joni Mitchell. The band played country, rock, and ballads using acoustic and electric guitars. Their second album, Deja Vu sold over 8 million copies.
