Grocery shopping today, especially for single households, can be a daunting task for any home chef. And recipes today are built for multiple servings, which means if you prepare it once, you will be eating the same thing all week. Well, SOLO MEALS solves that problem. SOLO MEALS offers over 400 unique recipes, which are designed around the packaging of virtually every fresh food item at the grocery store. You buy one pack of sirloin steaks; you get 4 different recipes, all in individual meal sizes. 1 whole chicken? Author Information

Steven W. Siler is a firefighter-cum-chef serving both in the Deep South and the Pacific Northwest. He is the author of the Signature Tastes cookbook series. Long marinated in the epicurean heritage of the Deep South, Steven has spent over 25 years in the food industry, from grocery to restaurant. In addition, he has served as an editor and contributing writer for several food publications. When not trying to shove food down his fellow firefighters' gullets, he enjoys cooking with his grandmother whilst raiding her pantry.
