Donna Karlin is an author, keynote speaker, and lecturer and is internationally recognized as a pioneer in the field of leadership coaching. For 31+ years, Donna has worked with global leaders to develop the competencies and practices that enable them to meet the challenges of the future. She brings a dynamic, strengths-focused perspective to executive leadership development. Her clients are within the Corporate arena, the Technology Sector, the Public Service and Political offices in the U.S., Canada and abroad as well as people with all sorts of life experiences who want to create and live a life they love. Donna is on the Advisory Council of The International Academy of Behavioral Medicine, Counseling and Psychotherapy (IABMCP), head of the Advisory Board for INSPIRIT International Communications, Brussels, Belgium, Strategic Advisor to the University of Executive Coaching Education (UCECE), and a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Coaching Professional Association, Harvard Medical School. She is a member of the Board of the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches (ACEC) and has just been appointed as their Ambassador to The Americas, Canada and Italy. She has authored the critically acclaimed book, Leaders: Their Stories, Their Words - Conversations with Human-Based Leaders(TM), chosen by Spirited Woman as one of Top 12 New Year's Book Picks in 2012 and has recently released her new eBook, The Power of Coaching: Don't Give Up Your Day Job, or Should You? She is a Master Corporate Executive Coach, is certified in Organizational Psychology by The Professional School of Psychology and Certified as a Diplomate in Professional Coaching by the IABMCP.
