At the turn of the 21st Century he was California Governor Davis’ Renewable Energy Advisor and then in 2004 formed Clark Strategic Partners, an international renewable energy, economics, and environmental consulting firm. Grant Cooke is a journalist and Silicon Valley businessman with experience in emerging technologies and sustainability. In 2006, he was one of the first businessmen involved with California’s $3.5 billion world-leading energy efficiency program.
