Overview

Several series from the NASA Headquarters Historical Reference Collection have been digitized and made available for use by researchers. Included are PDFs of Press Kits, Press Releases, Mission Transcripts, and Speeches. The Mission Transcripts are from Mercury, Gemini, Apollo, and Skylab missions, and space shuttle missions STS-1 through STS-5. Also included are Apollo Soyuz Test Project mission commentaries from U.S. and Soviet Mission Control facilities. There are air-to-ground transcripts, onboard transcripts, mission briefings and mission commentaries. This is one of those documents. This work has been selected by scholars as being culturally important, and is part of the knowledge base of civilization as we know it.
