One day she decided to take charge of her life and change it. Now, through her guides, she is changing millions of others'. The author of the best-seller Sirtfood Cookbook For Women Over 50 has been living this lifestyle since 2009. This shift allowed her to lose over 80 lbs. Stefanie graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition's Health Coach Training Program. She earned a Doctor of Education degree in Gifted and Talented Education (2007), a Master's degree in Natural Sciences (1995), and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (1990).
