It talks a little about her divorce experience but it goes far beyond a physical divorce. There are so many things we as women/men need to divorce ourselves from and learn how to rely on the transcendent stability of God. The book is a tool to help anyone when they find themselves in a 'lone' place and to learn how to make the must use of that time and space, positively. It also addresses some of the uncertainties and insecurities of living and being single that some people deal with, male and female alike.
