Overview

In the exotic city of Singapore, Paul Rimmer's first meeting with Lin Tan, his counterpart in the Singapore Bureau, bodes ill for the joint mission to bring down John Chan, the head of a new drug cartel. Assigned to lead a joint operation with Lin, Paul questions the inclusion of this tiny and attractive operative.
