Overview

After the world was ravaged by the fires of World War 3, humanity rebuilt itself into a new image. As the world came out of that turmoil, some of the survivors had been transformed, becoming humans with new varied supernatural abilities. Some could read minds, while others could control the very fires that had destroyed the old world, and helped create the new one.
