His research spans seed science, silviculture, and high-altitude habitat restoration. He has published over a dozen papers, book chapters, and manuals. Dr. Kumar has teaching experience and has qualified ASRB NET three times. He is a recipient of multiple awards, including the UCOST Young Scientist Award, and currently focuses on restoring riverine ecosystems. Nikita Rai, M.Sc. Forestry, is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Forest Management at FRI (TFRI, Jabalpur) with a decade of experience at ICFRE-TFRI. She has qualified NET in Agroforestry (2015, 2023) and has published widely in silviculture, carbon sequestration, and agroforestry. She received the Young Researcher Award and the Global Young Women Scientist Award in 2024. Shayma Parveen is Assistant Professor in Silviculture & Agroforestry at ANDUAT, Ayodhya and holds a Ph.D. in Agroforestry. She has published several research papers in reputed national and international journals. and has over 10 years of teaching experience Anjali Tiwari is Assistant Professor at ANDUAT, Ayodhya where she also completed her M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Agroforestry. She has authored 10 research papers, 5 book chapters, 4 manuals, and 8 popular articles. Vikas Kumar is Assistant Professor of Agroforestry at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur.
