A cluster of her stage plays rewrite Shakespeare, with a focus on environmental and nutritional themes.Cristina Paravano has a postdoctoral research fellowship at the University of Milan, Italy. She completed her PhD in 2011 with a dissertation on the theatre of the Caroline playwright Richard Brome. She has published in the areas of early modern drama, modern-contemporary theatre studies, source studies and young adult fiction. Roberta Situlin is a medical doctor, specialist in nutritional science and a cognitive behaviour psychotherapist. She is also an Assistant Professor in Dietetic and Nutrition in the Department of Medical Surgical and Health Sciences at the University of Trieste, Italy.
