Overview

When two major criminal investigations on opposite sides of the country-one having to do with drugs, robbery, and homicide and the other weapons sales to white supremacist groups and Mexican cartels-begin to appear connected, both investigations are turned over to the highly specialized International Security Organization. Slowly the ISO team uncovers a sinister Russian plot that, if successful, will destroy the very fabric of democracy within the United States. This begins a deadly cat and mouse game involving a group within the US military, Washington DC, and the notorious Sinaloa cartel.

At the end of his first year of service with the RCMP, Ricketts was transferred to a major drug section where he was trained to become an undercover operator. He remained in that capacity for the next twenty-nine years. He worked on investigations throughout Canada and on numerous occasions with the DEA on joint drug operations, infiltrating various levels of well known criminal groups. He also worked with the FBI on violent white supremacist and terrorist/extremist organizations. After retiring he was hired by an international private investigation company, where he continued undercover operations and trained new investigators in different undercover techniques, evidence gathering, and giving evidence in court. Ricketts lives with his wife Diane in British Columbia on Vancouver Island.
