Das has a way of writing that comes across as very genuine, despite the wild things that are happening.""""Karuna Das does some great work with this piece, an entertaining one and also an easy-to-read way to ask the biggest questions who I am and why on earth am I here?""A really cool style of storytelling that I have rarely, if ever, seen before in another writer.""""Sex, Drugs, and Spiritual Enlightenment (but mostly the first two) takes the reader on a journey that surprises you on every single page. ... Das has a great way with words, and he really paints a picture for the reader ... a book for adults of all sizes, shapes and creeds!""""A kaleidoscopic adventure through the escapades-both sexual and otherwise-of a young man right on the cusp of adulthood.""""Sometimes laugh-out-loud funny, sometimes disturbing, sometimes both at the same time ... Author InformationKaruna Das (Sanskrit for ""servant of compassion"") was born in Wisconsin, grew up in Massachusetts, and presently resides in Pennsylvania, but lives wherever he happens to be at that moment, feels at home everywhere in the universe, and steps through almost any door that opens to him. He holds a BA in English (UMass), an MFA in Playwriting (UW - Seattle), and a PhD in Theatre and Dramaturgy (FSU). His short piece ""Irony of the Second Degree"" appears in 24 Gun Control Plays (NoPassport Press) and has been performed around the world.
