She was senior producer and editorial director for ABC News' Good Morning America, editorial director for Consumer Reports magazine, and editor-in-chief of Reader's Digest. She is currently senior adviser for business development at iAmplify.com. Pam Ward found her true calling reading books for the blind and physically handicapped for the Library of Congress' Talking Books program.
