Mr. Russell: I was appointed a delegate to the Industrial Exhibition, Toronto, and when the committee asked was there to be one judge or two, I said that it was the unanimous opinion of the sheep breeders of Canada that one judge was correct. They replied that they were not to be governed by the Association and they preferred two. I was there to advocate the interests of the Association in calling for one judge. C. W.
