Data mining is all about digging for interesting and useful information which is known as knowledge from large databases or data sets. But there is a need for a more secure and smoother data's exchange between owner and recipient. The Elec- tronic Data Interchange (EDI) is one such initiative towards exchange of information between parties commercially. This is not only limited to single data owner and recip- ient but also applies to multiple data owners and data recipients. Extensible Mark-up Language (XML), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) and Web Services Descrip- tion Language (WSDL) are the technologies that assist in information sharing in this contemporary Information Technology (IT) era.
