Earnest G Kalnins is a Professor at the University of Waikato in New Zealand. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of New Zealand and has published three books and more than 150 research papers. Jonathan M Kress is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of New South Wales in Australia. Willard J Miller is Emeritus Professor at University of Minnesota. He is also an AMS Fellow and author or co-author of three research monographs, two textbooks, two major review articles and more than 200 research papers.
