Seeds of Hope is an eye-opening memoir of self-discovery and entrepreneurship set against a backdrop of the war on drugs. It's also a story of the transformative power of medical cannabis and its potential to revolutionize the healthcare industry. Written by Dr. Oludare Odumosu, MPH, PhD, it takes readers on a personal journey as he progresses from ""just say no"" to become one of the leading voices in the global cannabinoid space. Dr. Odumosu explores the history of cannabis and the devastating effects of the War on Drugs on cannabis medicine, addiction, and the minority community. He shares his personal experience in cannabis medicine and entrepreneurship, including fears, frustrations, and triumphs, as he and his team run an ever-changing gauntlet of state and federal rules and regulations. Reviews

"""Seeds of Hope is a refreshing look at the medical cannabis industry from the inside--the challenges, misconceptions, and triumphs. It's also a no-holds barred look at the social injustice surrounding the cannabis plant. Dr. Odumosu tells a story that needs to be heard."" --Dr. Chanda Macias, CEO of National Holistic Healing Center, CEO Women Grow, and vice chair of the National Cannabis Roundtable ""Dr. Odumosu hits the nail squarely on the head with Seeds of Hope. We need to de-schedule cannabis at the federal level and open the doors to vigorous scientific research so that we may discover more ways to help patients suffering from chronic, difficult-to-treat conditions that don't respond to traditional pharmaceuticals."" --Dr. Bonni Goldstein, Medical Director, CannaCenters, author of Cannabis Is Medicine: How Medical Cannabis and CBD Are Healing Everything from Anxiety to Chronic Pain ""As a journalist deeply immersed in the unfolding narrative of cannabis, Seed of Hope resonated profoundly with me. Dr. Odumosu deftly charts the intricacies of the medical cannabis realm, melding personal introspection with astute industry perspectives. His narrative captures both the spirit and challenges of the sector. The blend of his personal journey with the broader evolution of medical cannabis provides a perspective that's both intimate and expansive. For those of us interested in the world of cannabis, this book offers invaluable insights."" --Javier Hasse, CEO of elplanteo.com & managing director of Benzinga Cannabis ""While most early cannabis entrepreneurs applied their skills and talents to the over-the-counter side of the cannabis industry, special people with special talents like Dr. Odumosu chose to focus on utilizing existing federal government frameworks that allow for the development of therapeutic uses of the plant and its related technology. This was never easy, nor straightforward. Dr. Odumosu put it all out there as a technical specialist and a tenacious entrepreneur who has shifted the landscape and has provided the most benefit to the most people through the uses of this amazingly powerful plant."" --Robert Hoban, global cannabis industry expert, attorney, and co-chair of Clark Hill Cannabis Industry Group ""Seeds of Hope is the triumphant story of a young black man immigrating to the United States and achieving the American dream. Dr. Odumosu was brave enough to take a chance on cannabis science, against everything 'the war on drugs' had engrained in him as a young man in Nigeria. I am so glad he did, because he has helped so many families struggling with autism, and so many patients seeking the benefits of cannabinoid-based medicines. Dr. Odumosu showed us that we can do well by doing good, that we can care for our families while still fulfilling our dreams, and if you believe and have hope you can achieve anything!"" --Erica Daniels, founder of Hope Grows for Autism"
