' If you want to do menopause differently than what our society tells us it must be, if you feel an inkling to take back menopause on your terms, then get this book. I can think of dozens of women I want to send this book to!' Karen Brody, Founder, Daring to Rest and author of Daring to Rest: Reclaim Your Power with Yoga Nidra Rest Meditation 'With the warm hug of a kind friend, on point humour and the ease of well-honed expertise Kate Codrington has written an essential companion for women from pre perimenopause through to post-menopause. Jane Bennett, menstrual educator and author, founder Chalice Foundation 'Second Spring reads like the voice of a dear and wise friend sharing her hard-earned wisdom and secrets. In cultures focused on youth, menopause can be a lonely time. Kate Codrington has sourced a wealth of seasoned guidance to navigate and celebrate the mind body and spirit aspects of the menopausal journey.' Tami Lynn Kent, author of Wild Feminine, Wild Creative & Mothering from Your Center 'This book is chock full of ideas about how to not simply get through menopause, but also how to grow through menopause. It rides the fine line between acknowledging the awful truths that are part of this change while at the same time holding out hope for what comes next. There is no one-size-fits-all map for menopause, and this book offers a wide variety of suggestions and resources to choose from. Jane Cawthorne, Co-Editor, Writing Menopause: An Anthology of Fiction, Poetry and Creative Non-Fiction. 'This is a wonderful book to accompany you through menopause. Wise, irreverent and above all kind. It will help you navigate the seeming madness and suffering that too many experience. Instead of feeling it's the end, you might just discover yourself, and that can only spell freedom. Alexandra Pope, co-author of Wild Power: discover the magic of menstrual cycle and awaken the feminine path to power

'Frank, smart, friendly. As comprehensive as they come' Independent 'This is a wonderful book to accompany you through menopause' Alexandra Pope, Red School 'Thank you Kate for bringing this beauty to us all, as you know, we need it!' Tami Lynn Kent, author of Wild Feminine 'I can think of dozens of women I want to send this book to!' Karen Brody, author of Daring to Rest 'Lives will be changed via the research, stories and clear pathways that this book provides. I consider it a 'map to menopause' and I'm so excited it exists.' Claire Baker, author of 50 Things You Need to Know About Periods Kate's inside knowledge is a must-read Helen Rohlicek, School of Abdominal-Sacral Massage Thoughtful and reflective and yet at the same time celebratory and humorous Suzanne Yates, Well Mother 'When we find ourselves in the unfamiliar landscape that is menopause we need navigation, but not to be told what to do. Perhaps best described as the 'Artists Way' of menopause, it is there beside you, guiding you, pointing out important landmarks, suggesting detours to explore - without telling you which path to take. You choose your path, you find your own way, and that's exactly what we need to be doing at this stage in your life. Kate manages this tricky balance between teacher and guide deftly and in such a simple way that I felt shifts, and tears, only 50 pages in. There are so few books out there that meet menopause in your soul, Kate, thank you for writing this wonderful resource.' Sophie Fletcher, author of the bestselling Mindful Hypnobirthing, Mindful Mamma and Mindful Menopause
