That s the point. Schude isn t interested in reality, so much as the appearance of it.--Jordan G. Teicher Wired, July 1, 2015 Author InformationOriginally from outside of Chicago, Ryan Schude studied at the San Francisco Art Institute before moving to Los Angeles where he currently lives and works as a fine art and advertising photographer. His inspiration is constantly fed both by his immersion in the vast locations around L.A, and the strong creative network he's established there. His work continues to gain fine art recognition around the world and has had solo shows at the 64bis Gallery in Paris, France, X-ist Gallery in Istanbul, Turkey, and BG Gallery in Santa Monica, California. Ryan Schude's work is large scaled, detailed, and highly produced with an incredible amount of detail. He has developed a style that not only pushes the boundaries of the still photograph, but also tells a story at the same time. Schude's scenes capitalize on a feeling of energy caught at its climax - the ultimate fictitious decisive moment - giving them a sense of frenetic energy and complexity that makes the viewer want to explore every nook and cranny in the scene.
