Author Information

Andrew Robinson, who knew Ray well and interviewed him, is the author of 'Satyajit Ray: The Inner Eye: The Biography of a Master Film-Maker' (I.B. Tauris) and an expert on Ray's work. He is Literary Editor of The Times Higher Education Supplement. Nemai Ghosh, the distinguished Indian photographer was a close friend of Ray and created an extraordinary body of photographic work on the director.
