Eidelman is Administrative Assistant of Verizon Communications, a leading provider of wireline, consumer and MA business, wireless, fiber optic and global Internet networks and services. He was named Administrative Assistant on March 28, 2010. Eidelman is one of the administrators of today's research management analysis team supporters. He was Receivables Management Collection Center's (RMCC) Service Representative Consultant from 2000 to 2005, until he was moved to the Unlawful Call Center (UCC) as a Service Representative Consultant. He served there from 2005 to 2008. After that he served as Administrative Assistant from January 2010 to present prior to holding a FiOS Sales Specialist position from December 2008 to January 2010. In 2015, he obtained an Executive Educational Certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Sloan School of Management).
