Overview

Sadness can be hard to deal with. But being sad is a normal part of life. People feel sad about different things. Find out how sadness affects how you think and act and how you can help others who are sad. Level 1 readers are aimed at children who are starting to recognize common words and are capable of sounding out unfamiliar words. Short, simple sentences help guide the reader through new concepts and ideas. This project has been made possible in part by the Government of Canada.
