Roberto has already become one of Swansea's legends and has taken the Swans to the higher reaches of the Championship, even pushing towards a spot in the Premiership. In the book his strength as a man manager and a coach comes to the fore and it is only a matter of time before this young man will be managing in the Premiership. His attention to detail comes through in the book, and it shows: after only 15 months of managing the Swans they were promoted as Champions of League One. Roberto came to the UK from Spain, where his biggest influence was his father who was also a football coach and there is no doubt that everything he has learned from his father is now being put to good use. To become a top coach at age 33 is an incredible rise to fame and he is already receiving lavish praise from other managers in the game. Fitness and looking after his health were key elements in his playing career and this is now being transferred to his management style, with dietary requirements playing a key role within his team. An ambitious man, no doubt, and it would be good for Welsh football if Roberto could achieve his goal of managing in the Premiership with the Swans. A good, enjoyable read for all Welsh football fans.
