He has been involved in the design of over 200 MMICs on 30 wafer runs and has authored/co-authored over 280 papers. He is Honorary Editor of IEE Proceedings - Microwaves, Antennas and Propagation. Stepan Lucyszyn is a Senior Lecturer at Imperial College, University of London, UK. His interests cover novel enabling technologies from 1 GHz to 300 GHz.
