RLGS is a multiplex method for simultaneous analysis of more than 3000 genome loci. This manual explains this technique and explores its potential for biological and biomedical research. Yielding results much faster than conventional techniques, RLGS is particularly suited to the identification of the chromosomal location of the genes implicated in inherited diseases, and for the genetic disturbances present in cancerous tissues.
