Overview

A step-by-step guide to restful sleep, better health and more energy through changing the way you breathe. Do you wake up feeling as if you haven't slept at all? Has your snoring seen you banished to the spare room? Are you having trouble concentrating during the day? The solution could be right under your nose. Many people think you just have to put up with sleep-breathing disorders, while others go to drastic and often expensive lengths to fix them. Yet finding relief can be as simple as changing the way you breathe. With twenty years of clinical experience, Tess Graham has transformed the lives of thousands of sufferers (and their partners!) by correcting faulty breathing habits. In this practical guide, she takes you through the steps to overcome dysfunctional breathing linked to snoring and sleep apnoea. Her method is logical, do-able, and highly effective. Relief from Snoring and Sleep Apnoea shows you how to get back to basics with your breathing, so you can enjoy a good night's rest naturally.
