Dr. Vedran Dulabic, full professor at the Chair for Administrative Science at the Faculty of Law Zagreb. Teaches and publishes books and articles on regionalism and regional self-government, multi-level governance, administrative aspects of regional/cohesion policy of the EU, local and regional self-government, modernization of public administration and administrative procedure, public services (services of general interest) and other public administration related topics. Included in several internationally funded scientific and policy projects (financed by the EU, OECD/Sigma, World Bank, COST programme, bilateral projects with France, Slovenia, project funded by civil society organisations, local and regional self-government, etc.) devoted to reform of public administration, local and regional self-government, regional policy and administrative procedure. Editor-in-chief of the Croatian and Comparative Public Administration, journal for theory and practice of public administration and editor of two book series Manuals for in-service training and Scientific papers published by Institute for Public Administration Zagreb.
