Author Information

Josh Barnes grew up in rural New South Wales with BBQs at every turn. In his younger years he worked in his family's BBQ shop in northern NSW, where he conceived this book: a cookbook about barbequing, not just recipes. Josh currently works for media company Austereo in advertising sales and is developing a range of beers which will be launched in late 2006. Katy Holder has been a freelance food stylist, food writer and food editor for over 15 years. Katy has been the Food Director of Australian Family Circle, Food & Travel and stylist on Simply Italian, winner of the 2003 Jacobs Creek World Food Media Award. She was food editor on Neil Perry - The Food I Love, Eating Under the Influence, Falling Cloudberries and Blue Ginger.
