Everyone, at some point, finds themselves navigating the murky waters of real estate. Whether you are a buyer jumping into your first purchase, a seller parting with the family home, or a renter moving to a new town, you will always be faced with hard decisions. The hype surrounding the real estate market doesn't make that any easier. Who can relax when they're making, as some say, the most expensive purchase of their lives? So where do you begin? Why not here? Over the years, broker Joy Earls has gathered valuable lessons about her profession from friends, family, and professionals, and from her own experiences starting in 1980 when Earls bought her first house in Montana. As you read and relax, you'll absorb the indispensable experiences and advice in Real Estate with Joy. And soon you'll find yourself turning to, 'I need to thinkidover first' or 'Not the rabbit ears!' when you need advice.
