Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationYix Quek (Guo Yi Xian) graduated from Nanyang Technological University Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information with a ‘Best of Advertising’ at the Crowbar Awards organised by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents (4As). In 2008, Yix published a children picture book titled ‘The Book That Was Handed Down’ under the ‘First Time Writer & Illustrator’ initiative by the Media Development Authority and the National Book Development Council. It won the inaugural Hedwig Anuar Children’s Book Award for outstanding book for children in 2011. Her second picture book ‘Happily Ever After is so Once Upon A Time’ was awarded under ‘Beyond Words: Young & Younger’ publishing initiative by the National Arts Council.
