Ann Louise Gittleman is a dynamic pioneer and leading authority in nutrition, health, and wellness. -- Anthony William, #1 New York Times bestselling author

Gittleman offers strategies for answering the 'distress calls' that bodies issue before progressing into illness and disease in this innovative guide. Rather than taking an 'antiaging' approach, Gittleman breaks down the science behind aging, and her advice comes in three parts: the first introduces her seven rules for longevity...Part two tackles environmental toxins...and the final section covers brain, heart, and joint health. -- Publishers Weekly
