Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationDmitry Dornichev was born and still lives on Sakhalin island, Siberia-the one that's shaped like a fish. As an islander, he loves fishing, eating red caviar, and playing tag with bears. There are so many of them on the island, they walk around town like they own the place. He has two degrees in computer programming, and he's actually worked as a programmer his entire life. But then one dreadful day he ran out of interesting stuff to read online and had to take matters into his own hands. That's how he got into writing. Since then, he's had to kiss vacation, sleep, free time, and all that other stuff goodbye . . . somebody help him! Alexey Kovtunov was born in April 1992. He had a regular childhood and went to a regular school, after which he decided to study medicine. Still, having graduated from medical college, he wasn't in a hurry to join the profession. In 2014, he got a job during the Sochi Olympics as a driver with the US Olympic Committee, after which he found a gig working as industrial abseiler. Only after that did he join an emergency aid team in his capacity as paramedic. It was an interesting job which definitely left its stamp on Alexey's writing. In medicine, black humor is often the only thing that can ensure one's sanity . . . His hobbies, too, have influenced his work as a writer: fishing, books, technologies, computer games . . . all of this eventually resulting in his love for LitRPG. But just as he started trying his hand at writing, the pandemic struck. Emergency teams toiled overtime, making Alexey way too busy with his medical work. Still, as soon as the situation improved, he got busy creating his own worlds . . . and he hasn't been able to give it up since. From a young age, Matt Weisgerber had a passion for using his voice to create characters and entertain those around him. He built on these skills, obtaining his bachelor's degree with a double major in psychology and music from the University of Lethbridge. Now, he has transformed his passion for performance into a career in audiobook narration. Matt has narrated audiobooks in various genres. His vocal style is bright, warm, and conversational, and falls naturally within the YA and children's genres. When he's not narrating, Matt can be found volunteering on a crisis line, and spending way too much on retro video game collectibles. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
