I am not aware of any errbrs in the book which can mislead any one in regard to the principle or result intended to be shown by the various calculations in figures. It is quite possible, how ever, that in transcribing for the press, some errors may have occurred; but if any exist, I think they can be only such as the reader will be able to understand and correct for himself.
