Alessandro Abati is recognized expert in field of Public Private Partnership. A Master course in Urban Management, taken at the Erasmus University (NL) with a thesis on Project-finance and PPP. Former member of the PPP Unit of the Italian Government (UtFP), with more than 15 years spent providing technical assistance to governments and central administrations in Europe (Italy, Romania, Bulgaria), Eastern Europe (Montenegro, Moldova, Ukraine), Middle-East (Syria, Egypt, Jordan, Palestine), Central and Southern Asia (Kazakhstan, Afghanistan, India).
